The robe is luminous, deep gold, crossed by fine columns of persistent bubbles. On the nose, woody notes reveal themselves, then give way to intense aromas of white flowers, cooked fruits, grilled almonds with spicy touches (cinnamon, vanilla), all on a surprisingly fresh background. On the palate, the substance is superb, complex, with an airy balance between freshness and power. The rich aromatic palette is confirmed with notes of red fruits. The vinosity and elegance are remarkable. The finish is exceptionally long.
A rare Champagne vinified exclusively in old oak barrels as in the 19th century.
