The dress of a superb deep golden yellow is crossed by strings of small bubbles, alert and swirling. The first nose is fine and complex with some sweet floral scents (acacia, linden), then develop honeyed and fruity touches (pineapple) supported by powerful notes of gingerbread and orange peel. In the mouth, a very beautiful, straight and supple attack. The silky and refined texture gradually builds up and becomes deeper in a very pure and fresh vinosity. The aromas are confirmed in a subtle harmony with scents of brioche, roasted almonds raised by a very slight bitterness and accompanied by a saline minerality. The finish is long and voluptuous.
