Champagne Boude Baudin - Cuvée Vieilles Vignes - Pétillant - 2017

A cuvee with an elaborate bouquet. The first impression is of fleshy, yellow fruit, such as plums and mirabelle plums. Floral notes of jasmine and fresh honey appear fleetingly. On the second nose, a lovely maturity asserts itself through a more pastry-like palette, very much imbued with Chardonnay, butter, frangipane and almond cream. Dried fruits such as hazelnut and dried fig are also present. Smooth and creamy on the palate, an expression of juicy white fruit with generous flesh. Amplitude in perfect harmony with the ripeness perceived on olfaction. Straightforward finish, guaranteeing real length.
