This Cuvée is vinified in small barrels of 2 to 8 wines, for the Chardonnay, during 6 months where it was regularly stirred in order to give it this roundness and this elegance which characterize it. The Pinot Noir remained 1 year in barrels of 5 wines which reinforces its structure. The Cuvée des Caudalies Rosé has a salmon pink color, its delicate and numerous bubbles rise in fine lines to form an airy foam... Its seductive nose with finely wooded and vanilla fragrances on notes of hazelnut and toast.
