The addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir vinified in red and in rosé before the frothing gives this cuvée a lot of subtlety. Golden pink color with a slight salmon hue. The nose presents notes of white and red fruits with a lot of freshness. We appreciate in mouth the fruity aromas like strawberry, raspberry or peach. It is constituted of a good structure while preserving of the smoothness. The finish remains tonic and long.

The cuvée Rosée G.M. HERARD is the perfect meeting between freshness and intensity. Its notes of acidulous red fruits are accompanied by the lightness and the brightness of its fine bubbles. A sustained robe and a fruity taste full of finesse give it a remarkable elegance. Cuvée aged in cellar minimum 3 years.
