The nose is fruity, with typical brioche notes, as well as white flowers such as acacia, peach or apricot. The two grape varieties express themselves and blend perfectly! On the palate, the balance between acidity and maturity is remarkable. This champagne seduces us with its spicy toasted aromas at the end of the mouth, a beautiful length!
