Sight : A nice lively foam at the service with a good persistence. The color is a nice honeyed gold hue with amber highlights. The clarity is perfect. The nose : The first nose expresses elegance and freshness with nice notes of white flesh fruits. On aeration, delicate notes of gingerbread sublimely combined with aromas of lightly candied fruit. On the finish, a touch of spring honey. The mouth : The attack is round with a pleasant underlying freshness. Delicate fruity notes (redcurrant) are revealed in the middle of the mouth. A nice note of mirabelle plum prolongs the well-balanced finish.
