Dark ruby colour. The nose is powerful with notes of ripe fruit. A nice freshness in the mouth, with red and black fruit notes, the tannins are round and supple.
Old vines of 40 years old which had a very good potential for this first mono-varietal.
From now on, and keep for up to 10 years. Serve between 16 and 18°.
We recommend it on red meats seized with crispy vegetables.
