An exceptional cuvée from the estate's old Carignan vines. With vines more than fifty years old, Carignan is back in the limelight. This grape, often described as rustic, produces a wine of surprisingly concentrated character. The result is a gourmet wine with elegant, silky tannins, a journey to the heart of the garrigue. An original escapade with rich, full-bodied aromas, the result of the deep, limestone terroir of Calavon. A wine that is both simple and capable of expressing the richness of a vineyard that has always been lovingly protected.
