The silvery sheen of the colour suggests a light and subtle wine. The nose is fresh, citrus fruits then flint are powerful when aerated. In the mouth, the attack is straightforward, the fruity side is well balanced with this hint of acidity that refreshes the palate. The finish is long and the minerality is revealed.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The reference of the domain! Made from vines that are on average 45 years old, on mainly gabbro soils, Cuvée Prestige is rewarded every year for its fruit and perfect balance.

How ?

My favorite thing about this cuvée: - grilled prawns with a touch of olive oil and cayenne pepper.
