Under its ruby colour, jammy fruits, notes of garrigue and sweet spices are mixed together.
The particularity of this hillside massif lies in its geological richness of siliceous sandstone and calcareous sandstone, dated to the Upper Cretaceous. A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, this cuvée is aged for one year in old oak barrels.
From now on, or to be kept for up to 15 years. Served between 15 and 18 °C.
Its fullness and melted tannins go well with white meats, lamb, game birds and cheeses.
