Exceptional climatic conditions have allowed these two emblematic grape varieties of our appellation to express themselves with refined elegance. The maturation of 8 months in barrels allowed the aromas of red fruits and undergrowth to reach maturity.
Optimum tasting: 2021-2025 Ideal serving temperature between 16 and 17°.
This Bordeaux cuvée will go perfectly with red meats such as a beautiful rib of beef grilled over a wood fire but also with poultry, for example a can roasted in the oven on its bed of vegetables.
