Dark ruby colour with purple reflections. The elegant nose gives off floral and red berry aromas (cherry, Morello cherry). The tannins, melted and elegant, are well present in attack then one discovers a suave wine, very round and fleshy with its aromas of small red fruits and well structured.
A very fruity, fleshy and well structured wine.
To be enjoyed now with a good meal at around 17°-18°C.
Ageing potential: another 4 years.
Perfect with a roasted rooster, guinea fowl with cabbage, partridge or pheasant. Can also be served with roast beef.
