It has an intense red color with purple reflections, it is clear and has a good brilliance. It presents a fruity and peppery nose, with subtle animal and spicy notes, it offers complex and sustained aromas. In the mouth it surprises by its freshness and presents melted tannins. Of a very good balance it surprises by its volume and leaves a persistent final.

With its fruity and spicy expression, it accompanies many cooked dishes, red meats in sauce or roasted (guinea fowl from the Drôme), cheeses (Picodon). We also recommend it on spicy and exotic dishes.
