With an intense red colour with purplish reflections, it is limpid and has a good brilliance. It has a fruity and peppery nose, with subtle animal and spicy notes, it offers complex and sustained aromas. On the palate, it surprises by its freshness and presents melted tannins. Very well balanced, it surprises by its volume and leaves a persistent finish.
A 100% Syrah aged in stainless steel vats without wood, fruity and typical, which will express here all the terroir of the Brézème that will delight amateurs and purists alike.
This "tradition" red Brézème is to be served now and will keep for at least 5 years.
It can be decanted for 30 minutes to accentuate its fruit. However, it should not be served too cold (16°C).
With its fruity and spicy expression, it accompanies many cooked dishes, red meats in sauce or roasted (guinea fowl from the Drôme), cheeses (Picodon). We also recommend it on spicy and exotic dishes.
