The Pinot Noir, planted in Enfer (cadastral name), expresses all its potential, power and aromatic richness.
On hillsides with a slope of 15% to 20% the harvest is done by hand. After de-stemming and a light crushing the grapes are put in vats for about 6 weeks, with daily punching down to gently extract all the aromas.
