Without ever adding sulfite, the grapes were de-stemmed, de-stemmed, numerous delestages, some pumping over and a quick vatting. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Searching for the fruity side, a nose of red fruits, slightly balanced by the contribution of the wood (Work under stave during the fermentations) to give it a warmer and greedy side, and to bring a light tannic grain which will finish the mouth by a rather pronounced and very balanced longevity.

The word of the Winemaker, Fabien Revol :

A fresh cuvée, with a tight acid balance and a nose of red fruits.
Based on pinot noir, Regain required a particular attention at the time of the harvest: control of the maturities in the vineyard (grape variety with a very fine and delicate skin), the big work here is to start the harvest and to take the good parcels in homogeneous maturity thanks to the manual harvest in the early morning.
