Rêve Eveillé is a tasty blend of old Syrah and young Mourvèdre and Cinsault planters, more spirited. The Grenache of Vialaure gives it a little structure. We wanted to make this wine like a white, fresh and aromatic, with no residual sugar. Sweet and fragrant like the summer. But to be drunk all year round.
