From Calce on his vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean, Thomas Teibert has chosen the path of biodynamics to extract all the freshness, tension and crunchiness of his fruit. The estate is certified Biodyvin since 2009. With magnificent grenaches aged 60 to 100 years on a schist soil, the harvest is necessarily selective and rare. We are talking here about 11hl/ha or about 1000 bottles per year. The freshness of this rosé is obtained from the harvest by drastically selecting the grapes, by transporting them even in small crates and then by choosing a direct pressing after 5 hours of maceration in the press. Gentleness, precision and skill! To the eye, this rosé could surprise by its clarity, like a blanc de Noirs of champagne, the skin of the grapes hardly tints this brilliant nectar. On the palate we get a juicy white fruit, explosive and floral touches, the mid-palate is fleshy and long finishing on touches of raspberries, roses, citrus, yuzu.

Vinifié comme un blanc de noirs, il est de ces rosés qui ont de la matière sans se teinter de couleur. Vous serez surpris de sa si pâle couleur qui est à l'opposé de son bouquet, bouche précise et fraîche, délicate et aromatique, je me suis éclaté avec cette bouteille!
