The colour is light yellow with golden reflections. You will find fine aromas of ripe citrus fruits mixed with a hint of minerality. On the palate, its round attack announces a full-bodied, well-balanced, salty and long finish.

The excellence of the terroir! A Riesling of terroir as we like them, where the granitic soil of the mythical Kaefferkopf sublimates the Riesling in their authenticity. A straight Riesling, well balanced, lively and long all the qualities for a traditional Alsatian Riesling. The slopes of the Kaefferkopf are very narrow and steep. These grapes are harvested manually like all our wines.
