Harvested at maximum maturity, this is a cuvée that we do not offer every year, we choose the best vintages. 1 year in oak barrels. At the tasting, you will find a very fruity nose, rather on the cherry. The mouth is generous, juicy, with some spicy notes.
The word of the Winemaker, :
This cuvée is dedicated to my daughters Julie and Silvine. It is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Côt and Pinot Noir. We have selected our oldest vines for this cuvée, and we let it age quietly in our cellars.

Une couleur grenat intense, des arômes de fruits noirs, mais aussi de sous bois. En bouche un bel équilibre sans doute apporté par cet assemblage cabernet franc pinot noir et Côt. Parfait avec de l'agneau !
