Emblematic vintage, unique expression of Sauvignon from our parcels of Cote de l'Épée and Chasseigne located on clay and limestone slopes (caillottes). East exposure on 45° slopes. Vines aged 35 years. Vinified 11 months in oak barrels in our historical cellar of the 12th century.
