The color old gold, the nose evokes ripe grapes with hints of walnut, bigarade, quince paste. The mouth is immediately solicited by an acidity which supports a tight frame. The impressions of ashes, smoked, grilled bacon mingle with the perfumes of walnuts and old cantal crusts. The wine is solidly based on its three years of ageing in barrels.

Se marierait bien avec du fromage à pâte cuite ou en apéro.

Se marie très bien avec des fromages à pâte dure ou simplement en digestif après le repas.
Au nez, ce vin est très surprenant. Nous retrouvons des notes tertiaires sur des fruits à coque et notamment de noix.
En bouche, nous trouvons une très belle rondeur avec des arômes de noix et d'épices en fin de bouche. Ce vin présente une belle longueur.
Il s'agit une belle découverte très atypique.
