A garnet and purple colour. Spicy nose as well as on black fruits. Dominance of Syrah with blackberry, liquorice, pepper and a slightly toasted side. Powerful and ample in the mouth, good level of freshness, a little more like the Vallée du Rhône Nord style, a woody ageing process that will mature and guarantee a long peppery finish.
