First it is the aromas of prunes that are delivered without detour then subtly the hints of dried fruits complexify the nose then a gingerbread finish makes us salivate more. This banyuls is balanced, rather dry, which gives the wine a very long finish with notes of coffee and nuts. It will be the ideal companion for your desserts or a snack accompanied by a chocolate pie or even a chocolate parfait.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce Banyuls ! Il est vif, rond, opulent, on est sur des fruits confits.
Robe grenat et dense, avec d'abondantes larmes. Nez explosif sur les bananes séchées, le toffee, la figue, la vanille, les dates et le raisin de Corinthe. En bouche, velouté, tapissant, doux et caressant, se terminant sur des notes de figues confites. Un vin riche et onctueux. Buvez-le sur du morbier ou de la fourme, ou sans rien.
C'est un vin d'une exceptionnelle qualité avec un bel équlibre et des tanins fondues. Pourtant je n'aime d'habitude pas les vins rouges cuits ! Ici c'est un très très beau Banyuls avec un excellent rapport qualité prix, presque imbattable. Allez je me laisserai bien tenter...
