Tout à fait Pauline ! La bouche est liquoreuse et gourmande mais le finale s’agrémente d’une délicate pointe d’acidité dû au cépage Melon de Bourgogne. Cet équilibre entre l'acidité et la sucrosité appelle la gorgée suivante... ;)
