Notes of blackcurrant and cocoa. The mouth is round and crisp. Each grape variety and terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed. Short maceration (7 days) then fermentation in juice at low temperature (22°) for Grenache and Syrah. For Merlot, longer maceration (3 weeks) and fermentation at higher temperature (29°) with pumping over and racking of the juice.

Montrose Rouge is a gourmet wine. Its light tannins and fruity aromas make it the ideal companion for aperitifs with friends or impromptu meals. To be drunk within two years.
