The colour is intensely purple. The olfaction is fruity and then evolves towards spicy notes of white pepper. A more fleshy cuvée on the palate.
An elegant cuvée with pleasantly mellow aromas, due to 18 months of maturing in fine-grained French oak barrels.
Can be enjoyed after 2 years and can be kept up to 8 years. Serve between 15 and 16°C.
Ideal with a duck breast in a pepper sauce, or with a rosemary risotto.
