This wine is made from one of our oldest Syrah grapes grown at an altitude of 200m on our La Clape terroir. It has been vinified in stainless steel tanks in the traditional way and then aged in 155 liter earthenware jars. Its purple color announces a round and powerful mouth, with aromas of black olive tapenade and licorice. Smooth without being heavy, the structure of this wine stretches on a final all in smoothness on the blackberry and the black currant, with notes of juniper and scrubland.

This cuvée, which takes as its title a term derived from bullfighting, finds its true definition in the collaboration between a winegrower and a potter. This wine is carefully matured in 155 litre terracotta jars for 12 months.
