A rich, complete and intense wine. Complex aromas of blackcurrant and orange combine notes of garrigue and wet stone. The attack is rich and intense with a dominant of black fruits and spices, a spirited, long and structured wine.
A wine typical of the schistose marl terroir, both concentrated and delicate.
To be served with a meal with a simple and authentic cuisine. From now on and to keep for up to 10 years. Serve between 17 and 18°C.
This wine will be perfect with a dry Aveyron ham, but also with dishes such as beef ravioli, a rack of lamb with honey and rosemary, and a tian of sunny vegetables.
