The presentation is delightful, a pale gold hue, the transparency of a diamond. The nose is dominated by woody notes, bourbon vanilla, coffee, brioche notes, butter, almond milk with a trace of mineral sulphur, a lot of complexity. The mouth is dominated by a great freshness, a great dynamism, a lot of warmth, amplitude. The gustatory framework is suave, acidulous, greedy. A balanced, generous and opulent wine.

One of the five historic 1er cru of Mercurey. Emblematic wine of our Domain. The largest monopole in 1er cru of the appellation since 2016.
