Maison André GOICHOT - Château du Cray et Domaine les Guignottes Bourgogne Hautes Cotes Beaune Domaine les Guignottes - Blanc - 2020
Our Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune has a slightly straw-coloured robe with pale gold reflections. The aromas of white flowers are associated with honey, reminiscent of gingerbread. On the palate, the elegance is sure, pleasant, keeping the freshness of the grape variety without giving in to the excess of mellowness.
The word of the Winemaker, Famille GOICHOT :
Our Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Domaine Les Guignottes represents 96.68 ares. The grapes are pressed directly after the harvest, then the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place at 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in oak barrels. The maturation lasts about 12 months before bottling.
