"Les Garrigues" is an elegant blend of Syrah and Grenache. Its beautiful dark red colour with purple hues indicates a rich and concentrated structure on the palate, but this wine also has a surprising freshness and elegance. Notes of cherries blend with the typical Languedoc notes (thyme and sage) and those of pepper.

Château Auzines is a truly atypical estate in the Corbières appellation. In addition to being a high-altitude vineyard, it stands alone on a 170 hectare plateau with unique characteristics in the region. In order to work in perfect harmony with this preserved space, sustainable agriculture has been an obvious choice for decades on the Auzines land.
