Grenache gris, the revelation of white wine varieties in the Mediterranean region, has consistency, freshness and elegance. Except for the color of its berries, its appearance is very similar to that of its big brother, the black Grenache. But its berries require constant care in the vineyard to aerate the bunches and reach the desired maturity.
