Buy Gaillac Wines
All our winemakers in GaillacThe Gaillac appellation is located in the southwest. It produces balanced and very distinctive red wines with round tannins and a beautiful aromatic freshness. The Braucol, Duras and Syrah grape varieties give aromas of red fruits (raspberry and blackcurrant), pepper and liquorice.
The white wines, often made from blends (far from the eye and Sauvignon), have a delicate yellow colour with green reflections, and have an intense nose of citrus fruits of a beautiful freshness. The rosé, mainly composed of Braucol and Syrah, is very sweet with a rosy red colour. Concerning the food and wine pairings, the whites will perfectly match a local product: Bayonne ham. As well as with many fish (lobster, monkfish, holy stone...). Red wines will mainly go well with white meats. And finally the rosés will be perfect for the conviviality of aperitifs with friends!
