Bourgogne Aligoté

Bourgogne Aligoté is made from the white Aligoté grape, a historic Burgundy variety that is often overshadowed by Chardonnay. Yet dedicated winemakers are restoring its reputation with wines of remarkable freshness and vibrancy.

Aligoté offers crisp, natural acidity, aromas of lemon and white flowers, and a distinct minerality. It is the traditional component of Kir, but it deserves to be enjoyed on its own, well chilled, with oysters or seafood.
