Everything You Need to Know About Bouzeron
Bouzeron is a little-known appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise, unique in the world because it is dedicated exclusively toAligoté. This village is considered to produce the best Aligoté in Burgundy, thanks to its marl soils and old vines.
Bouzeron wines feature delicate acidity, aromas of candied lemon and white flowers, and a lovely texture. The Aubert de Villaine estate, co-manager of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, produces a benchmark wine here.
