Champagne Waris-Hubert is a family estate located in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, a region renowned for its chalky soils that impart finesse and tension to the wines. The estate focuses primarily on the cultivation of Chardonnay, the emblematic grape variety of its terroir.

The vineyard work is geared towards expressing the soil as faithfully as possible, with practices that respect biological rhythms and natural balances. This plot-by-plot management allows for ripe and structured grapes for winemaking.
