The estate works with the traditional grape varieties of the region, notably Merlot, Malbec, and Sémillon, seeking to preserve their most direct expression.
The vineyard is managed using respectful practices, with minimal intervention in winemaking. Extractions are carefully controlled and aging intentionally light, allowing the fruit to take center stage. Some cuvées may exhibit a slight texture, embraced as a stylistic element, without ever weighing down the overall profile.
