Château Canadel

Nestled in the hills above Bandol, Château Canadel has been managed since 2009 by Laure and Vianney, young winemakers driven by the desire to preserve and transmit this exceptional terroir. After several years spent mastering the terraced vineyards and exploring each plot, they built their cellar in 2014 to produce wines that reflect their philosophy. The vineyard, nestled against the hillside and south-facing, comprises 98 terraces resting on very ancient Triassic soils, a blend of limestone, clay, and marl. The vines, aged between 20 and 60 years, are cultivated with profound respect for soil vitality. Cultivated biodynamically since 2014 and currently undergoing organic conversion, the estate prioritizes the pure expression of its terroir in both red and rosé wines. The cellar, designed for gravity-flow operation, helps preserve the freshness, balance, and delectable character of the wines.
