Château Cazebonne

Within the Graves appellation, Château Cazebonne is undertaking extensive work focused on the replanting and rehabilitation of ancient Bordeaux grape varieties, complementing more classic varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This initiative aims to explore the region's historical ampelographic diversity and assess its adaptation to current terroirs.

The vineyard is managed organically, with particular attention paid to soil vitality and vine balance. In the cellar, winemaking processes are minimally interventionist, favoring measured extractions and restrained aging to preserve fruit clarity and structural suppleness.

The wines exhibit digestible and balanced profiles, with a precise fruit expression and a fluid texture. The estate's overall work offers a fresh and contemporary interpretation of Graves wines, based on respect for grape varieties, terroir, and a measured approach to winemaking.
