Domaine Cauvard

Domaine Cauvard is a family-owned winery located in Beaune, Burgundy. It cultivates approximately eighteen hectares of vineyards spread across several communes in the Côte de Beaune, including appellations such as Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Aloxe-Corton, Corton-Charlemagne, and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Production follows a traditional approach, with a focus on vineyard management and plot-by-plot winemaking to preserve the identity of each terroir. Harvesting may be done by hand or by machine, depending on the vintage.
