Domaine Clavel

Domaine Clavel is a winery located in Assas, in the Languedoc region, run by Estelle and Pierre Clavel, who carry on a family tradition of winemaking spanning more than three decades.

The vineyard is situated on stony, limestone-rich soils, and is managed with a focus on allowing the grapes to express their natural character, with a commitment to organic farming since 2007.

The estate's wines—red, white, and rosé—highlight the purity of the fruit, the freshness, and the aromatic finesse of the local grape varieties.
