Our opinion on the vintage

This white wine has a bright, pale color, hinting at a rich and fresh nose with aromas of exotic and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it is lively and straightforward, with notes of citrus and exotic fruits that lead to a lovely, slightly saline and taut finish. Perfect for pairing with simple, convivial meals, or as an aperitif with shellfish, sushi, or exotic dishes.

Domaine de Laballe

Located in Bas-Armagnac, near Eauze, Domaine de Laballe is a family estate whose winemaking history dates back to 1820. This technical expertise forms an important foundation for the development of its wines, a process begun in the 1980s. The plots dedicated to winemaking are located in the Landes and Gascon terroirs, benefiting from sandy and well-drained soils, conducive to freshness and aromatic precision.

Today managed by Cyril and Julie Laudet, the estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, with a transition to organic farming and the implementation of agroforestry practices. These choices aim to preserve soil balance and vineyard resilience in a demanding climatic ... Lire plus
