Laballe is a story of passion passed down from generation to generation since 1820 by the Laudet family, who lovingly cultivate a unique terroir, "Les Sables Fauves", to create Armagnacs of incomparable freshness and finesse. Today, Cyril and Julie Laudet perpetuate this heritage by opting for sustainable and organic viticulture. Laballe wines offer a range of flavors from fresh to fruity, including saline and mellow notes, the result of mastered expertise from vine to bottle. A wonderful discovery for lovers of authentic and refined wines.

Our opinion on the vintage

This wine boasts a deep ruby color and offers aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry. On the palate, the Cabernet Franc reveals itself with supple and aromatic tannins, leaving a particularly fresh finish. Ideal for pairing with regional dishes or a hearty Landes salad, it is best enjoyed slightly chilled as an aperitif or with grilled fish.

The plots dedicated to winemaking are located in the Landes and Gascon terroirs, benefiting from sandy and well-drained soils, conducive to freshness and aromatic precision.

Today managed by Cyril and Julie Laudet, the estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, with a transition to organic farming and the implementation of agroforestry practices. These choices aim to preserve soil balance and vineyard resilience in a demanding climatic ... Lire plus
