Azienda Agricola Fenech

Azienda Agricola Fenech is a small family-run winery located on the island of Salina, in Sicily, specializing in the production of wines made from Malvasia delle Lipari, a grape variety emblematic of the Aeolian Islands. The estate, covering approximately 7 hectares, is managed by Francesco Fenech and produces limited quantities of distinctive wines that reflect the maritime influence and microclimate of the archipelago.

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified with special care to preserve the delicate aromas of Malvasia, producing wines that are often floral, fruity, and well-balanced. One of the estate’s flagship wines is a Malvasia delle Lipari passito, featuring complex notes and a lovely finish.

Thanks to the low yield and the unique volcanic terroir of the islands, the wines of Domaine Fenech embody the distinctive character of Sicily’s island vineyards, prized for their finesse and Mediterranean character.
