Picpoul De Pinet

Picpoul de Pinet is the iconic white wine of the Languedoc coast, produced around the Thau basin near Sète. Made from the Picpoul Blanc grape variety, it takes its name from its lively acidity—“pique-lèvres” in Occitan—which makes it the perfect pairing for Bouzigues oysters.

These light, dry white wines offer aromas of lime, white peach, and flowers, along with a subtle hint of the sea. Their natural freshness and liveliness make them the perfect summer wine—a must-have on Mediterranean terraces.
