Symples, l’infusion de plantes qui pétille

Founded in 2018 out of Florent and Théo’s passion for plants, Symples creates refreshing, organic, and lightly sweetened herbal teas, handcrafted in France. The name comes from “simples,” the old term for medicinal plants in herbalism.

Each recipe combines infused herbs and fruits, with no preservatives or artificial flavors and very little sugar. Three functional profiles: Energizing (thyme, lemon, and a hint of natural caffeine, with notes of garrigue), Detox (elderflower and apple, floral and full-bodied), and Relax (verbena, cherry, and red berries, soothing).

Lightly sparkling and alcohol-free, they are best served chilled, either by the bottle or by the glass. A healthy alternative to sugary sodas and soft drinks, they round out any non-alcoholic beverage menu.
