Les Vignerons de Mancey is a cooperative winery founded in 1929 by Victor Chapuis, bringing together winegrowers from several villages around Mancey, Royer, and Vers, a few kilometers from Tournus in southern Burgundy. It comprises approximately 50 winegrowers spread across nearly 120 hectares of vineyards located on the hillsides of the Mâconnais region. The winery serves not only as a production facility but also as a gathering place and visitor center dedicated to wine, offering tours, tastings, and wine tourism activities.

The winery primarily produces wines from classic Burgundy grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay, resulting in wines under the Mâcon Blanc, Mâcon Rouge, Mâcon-Mancey, and Bourgogne Rouge appellations, as well as Crémant de Bourgogne, which is made on-site using hand-harvested grapes and aged according to each cuvée. The winemaking process allows for the creation of different ranges, from fresh, light wines to characterful wines from old vines, as well as prestige cuvées.
