Just outside Bordeaux, you’ll find Château de Malherbes. Since 2014, the vines have been meticulously worked in a modern way, while still respecting tradition. With a very precise process from the arrival of the grapes in the cellar to the bottling, quality wines are produced. Andreas Larsson, who has fallen in love with the estate's wines, praises their work: "Wines that outperform their peers in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux AOC".

In 2018, Frédéric took the reins of the Château, a family property of 4 hectares established in 1964. He uses his professional experience to the benefit of his estate: trained in the celebrated Châteaux of Pomerol, he combines the methods of the past with the techniques of today.

His terroir, worked with deep respect for the environment, enables him to produce supple wines with fruity notes.

Jacques is a winegrower at Château de Chelivette, where he produces Bordeaux Supérieur, Côte de Bordeaux, Bordeaux rosé, and Bordeaux Clairet wines.

At the estate, he has made it a point of honor to cultivate his wines biodynamically. It has been a successful bet for this Bordeaux estate, as only ten or so estates in the region practice this type of viticulture.

Since 1857, the Gourjon family has maintained a close relationship with the land, where the love of the land and the wine is passed on from generation to generation. It is today Christian who continues this work with passion and rigour, while leading an approach not only of protection of the local fauna and flora, but especially in a dynamics of repopulation of threatened species: respect of the environment, "Viti foresterie"... His greatest satisfaction: to give his customers pleasure when they taste his wines!

Domaine Sauvète has been a family estate for 5 generations. It’s now run by Mathilde, the first female winemaker in the family.

“We take pride in 20 years of organic winemaking!” With an organic certification for more than 20 years, the domain also shifts toward increasingly biodynamic methods in order to let the terroir express itself through the grapes and the wines.

Located in Connaux in the Gard Rhodanien region between Avignon and Nîmes, Maison Gervasoni is above all else a family affair. For five generations, the dynasty has continued to evolve and the passion for wine has been passed down. With 200 hectares, the vineyards represent the largest part of the property. They produce many grape varieties, such as: Grenache, Marselan, Merlot, Viognier, Syrah, Clairette, Cabernet, Sauvignon, and Chardonnay.

Located on exceptional terroirs where Chenin and Cabernet Franc blend perfectly, this estate was taken over in 2016 by the Faivre family. Since this takeover, the estate has been developing its own wines with the aim of producing terroir wines. In 2020, the estate was awarded HVE (High Environmental Value) status.

In 2007, Claudine, who has always had a passion for wine, decided to settle in the southern Rhône Valley, in Montfrin. There she mainly produces wines under the Côtes du Rhône Villages and IGP Coteaux Pont du Gard appellations. These are racy, pure and elegant wines that reflect the typicality of the terroir, in addition to being made according to the Vegan specifications. "I have at heart to offer pleasant wines in the respect of the nature and the Men". 

For Gaël and Sophie Valet, wine is the result of a long annual cycle of the vine. Using organic farming methods, they nurture the plants and then the yeast throughout their life cycles. Surrounded by woods, meadows, and coppices, small valleys and forests, all typical of the Purple and Green Périgords, the estate offers harmonious and fruity wines that will amaze you.

Champagne Bonvalet was born from Guillaume's crazy dream of creating his own Champagne house from the ground up. His first cuvée was made in 2012. Since then, the estate has continued to grow and new cuvées have been created. He works hand in hand with his wife and their teams in search of the best quality and expression of the terroir. Champagne Bonvalet and Guillaume's wild venture are an invitation to deconstruct preconceived notions, put things into perspective, and question what really makes sense, all in order to hatch new ideas.

Elie is an experienced and passionate winemaker and cellar master. He has been managing vineyards and making wines for 25 years now. His wines are easy to digest. They respect and express the terroirs, and aging in barrels supports them without altering them. Elie and Muriel Corporandy's dream is to create a simple yet expressive vineyard, in keeping with their vision, and to produce wines that are likeable, affordable, and perfect to share with friends.

Located in the commune of Saint Amour Bellevue, in the south of Burgundy, the Domaine is south-facing, and its vines benefit from a beautiful diversity of terroir. Marc and Charles Casbolt share an ambition to revive the wine-making tradition within their family. They  have been working since 2018 to recover the vineyards around the family estate in the commune of Saint Amour Bellevue. Today, they offer three wines made according to the traditional Beaujolais method, favoring the expression of the diversity of the terroir.
