Anecdotes about the domain

Since Georges in 1905, Roland / Michel and Jérôme have succeeded each other at the head of the Domaine before leaving the place today to Mathilde, the first woman of the Sauvète family to take the reins of the exploitation.

The domain's short story

20 years of organic work is our pride! Always looking for the right intervention in the vineyards, we adopt more and more biodynamic practices, in order to let our terroir express itself through our grapes and our wines.

The winemaker's pride

Family estate for 5 generations, the farm is now managed by Mathilde - 1st woman winemaker in the family. We work on 18 ha, certified organic for 20 years. We have been evolving towards biodynamics for 5 years. We are Independent Winegrowers: we are in our vineyards all year round, we harvest all our grapes, we vinify them with passion and offer a whole range of wines, reflecting our terroirs and our winemaking methods. We are also involved in wine tourism because sharing our profession with our visitors is also important to us.
